4-Week Meditation Course: Heart of Awareness – Meditation for Modern Life
Meditation is not about escaping life — it’s about meeting it with greater clarity, steadiness, and kindness.
Heart of Awareness is a 4-week meditation course designed to demystify meditation and make it accessible, grounded, and deeply relevant for modern life. The course offers a calm, structured space to explore meditation as a living practice — one that supports presence, emotional balance, and inner resilience in everyday situations.
Over four weeks, you will be guided through a variety of meditation approaches, including breath awareness, mantra, mudra, body-based awareness, and simple contemplative practices. Each session balances clear guidance with spaciousness, allowing you to discover what meditation feels like in your own body and nervous system.
Rather than striving for a particular state, we work
with awareness itself — learning how to relate skilfully to thoughts, sensations, emotions, and pauses between breaths. The emphasis is on cultivating familiarity, trust, and steadiness, so meditation becomes something you can realistically integrate into daily life.
What you can expect:
- A supportive, non-dogmatic introduction to meditation
- Guided practices rooted in breath, awareness, mantra, and mudra
- Understand the mind’s nature and meet thoughts with kindness.
- Rest in the space of the heart — the seat of awareness itself
- Clear explanations that make meditation understandable and relatable
- Integrate meditation into everyday life with ease and confidence.
- Develop a deeper relationship with your inner Self

This course is for you if:
- You are curious about meditation but unsure where to begin
- You already meditate and want to deepen your understanding and consistency
- You seek more calm, clarity, and emotional regulation in everyday life
- You want a grounded, embodied approach rather than performance or “doing it right”
